So much good learning is happening at our little school. Alas, the best learning that we have seen of late is the MP1 students’ analysis of the music from Walt Disney’s Fantasia. Thank you, Hiroki Hoshino, for your inspired teaching!

Ms. Anita Churiki has been working with students this month to experience the art of Calligraphy in Japanese class. Students practiced letters at their level and then chose a word that connected with winter that they liked.
Middle School Students and MP3 students spent a morning with the young children living at the Iwanai Children’s Home. HIS Niseko students are nurturing friendship and community through service, one of the HIS Pillars.
