Three cheers to the MP3 third grade math students!
On Friday, the children demonstrated a solid understanding of elapsed time. They showed the importance of properly marking the hours between two endpoints when solving problems involving time. They were able to find the actual time given the discrepancy between the actual time and the time shown on a clock. These are difficult concepts to grasp and the students were deservedly proud of their thinking.
Great work, and thank you, Mr. Wanner and Ms. Churiki for your inspiring math teaching.
