This is a fun day of community-building with the explicit goal of “Every student having fun, being active, participating in age-appropriate activities.” (EY students and siblings invited)

The schedule of events is set.

Friday Afternoon, June 3rd:

All equipment and necessary materials will be made available and placed on the MPR stage for easy set up on Saturday morning.

Saturday Morning June 4th:

Parent Volunteers are asked to arrive at the school at 9:00 am for a briefing about roles and responsibilities. During the briefing, we will go through all the details with volunteers so that everyone understands exactly how the day will proceed. All volunteers will be assigned a clipboard with directions and tips on how to run their specific activity. 

Parents are advised to bring a hat, sunscreen, water, lawn chairs and picnic blankets. 

The event begins with the opening speech at 10:00 sharp.

No Rain Date:

If the weather does not cooperate, we will make the call to postpone Fun and Fitness Day.
