supplies are limited to 120 copies
Please fill out the attached order form and return it to Mr. Erickson with ¥4,500 in an envelope with your first & last name and date on it (please have exact change).
For graduating seniors or students leaving HIS and can not get back to the school in September, please leave a contact email (not your school email) and an address that we can send your yearbook to in September of this year. This option is only for seniors and students that will be leaving HIS.
