Since we are currently unable to play in any competitive matches with outside schools due to the pandemic, the HIS Athletics Department recently held an internal 3-on-3 basketball tournament for the players on the Middle School team. Games were played over two weeks and the playoff round was completed on Friday January, 28, 2022.
All matches were extremely competitive and great sportspersonship was demonstrated by the participating players. Husky Athletics would like to congratulate the winning team which was: Theo Brennan, Takuto Yamano, Hugo Nishi-Strong, and Toshi Gotoda. Excellent effort, Team Blue!
Also, we would like to acknowledge and express gratitude to the High School students who volunteered their time as referees for the tournament.
Go Huskies!
