On Saturday, November 5, 2022, parents and children participated in festivities at HIS. From 10 am to 2 pm, the HIS community held a Fall Festival, with various activities available at student-managed booths.

Secondary students rediscovered their creative talents by designing and making activity booths for elementary school students. After a month of preparations, the secondary students’ booths had bracelet-making, games like “splat a bug,” "bottle flip," tarot cards, Texas Hold'em, and more.

The fourth-floor gym was dedicated to food and music culture, with food booths offering flavors from various cultures, including Korean, Canadian, and Chinese. From noon to 1 pm, students performed for the attending visitors, playing musical instruments and singing. During this event, many HIS students rediscovered what it meant to be a Husky, through exploring their creative side and experiencing the mix of cultures unique to HIS.
