CINEMANIA!- Songs of the Silver Screen -

We are excited to announce that Hokkaido International School will once again be performing at the prestigious Sapporo Kitara Concert Hall!  

Known for its beautiful facilities and exceptional acoustics, Kitara has been a special place for HIS since 2000. We’re thrilled to return - this time to the Main Hall after a seven-year hiatus - and to give our current students the chance to stand proudly on such a wonderful stage.

This year’s concert is titled “CINEMANIA - Songs of the Silver Screen,” and will feature middle and high school students from our Choir, Dance, and Jazz Band programs. This year, we are also excited to include performances by our elementary students in Grades 2-5!

There are 4 ways you can support this event:

1. Please help with preparing costumes!
2. Please place an advertisement in our program as our sponsor (see attached letter)
3. Please spread the word to everyone you know!
4. Please come!

Please come and support our 130 student performers. Our goal is to fill the hall with 900 people, if not 1000! Will you be one of them??
